From a giant spreadsheet to a live production system
A production house running dozens of graduation shows a season was managing everything in spreadsheets and WhatsApp. We built one system that runs the whole season, from the first client call to show day.

The challenge
Every project runs through dozens of people: clients, directors, sound, lighting and stage suppliers, and crew. Information was scattered across sheets, chats and calls. Contracts went out by hand, payments were checked by hand, and directors in the field didn't always know what had changed.
What we built
A complete management system built around the production house's own process: client CRM, stage-based project management, supplier and payment management, a dashboard with cash flow and alerts, and a separate mobile-first portal for directors. Contracts go out and get signed digitally, and the show book is generated with AI.
