The whole business in the driver's hand
A business that collects used oil from hundreds of locations was tracking pickups, stock and money by hand. We built a system designed for the phone first: what to collect today, how much oil is in the warehouse, and how much money came in.

The challenge
Most of the work happens in the field, from the vehicle. You need to know which customer is due, record how many liters were collected and how they paid, track stock and sales, and see the day's result at the end, all without going back to a computer.
What we built
A mobile web app with a five-screen bottom navigation. "Today" lists pickups by urgency with one-tap check-off, a weekly load calendar and alerts for upcoming pickups. "Stock" shows warehouse, truck, sales and a weighted oil price. "Report" breaks payments down by method, by day, week and month.
